Person-centred therapy, focused entirely on you

What to expect from counselling

Counselling is a space where you can talk openly at your own pace, explore what you’re experiencing, and work towards meaningful change with support and understanding.

Your first session

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. You can talk about what has brought you to counselling at a pace that feels comfortable. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We can focus on one area at a time.

Moving forward together

During ongoing sessions, we work together to gently explore your experiences and emotions. Over time, this can help you gain greater clarity, understand patterns in your thoughts and relationships, build confidence in yourself, and begin to create meaningful and lasting change.

Your Space for Support and Growth

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you’re not alone. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is person-centred, meaning our sessions focus entirely on you—your experiences, your pace, and your goals. I’m a qualified counsellor with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges.

My work has included helping individuals in complex situations, such as within the Prison Service, which has deepened my understanding of resilience and change. Whatever your story, I provide non-judgemental, compassionate care to help you move forward.
